HOW DO I CANCEL OR CHANGE MY ORDER?

 We understand how important your order is, our goal is to fulfill orders as quickly as possible. While we cannot cancel or change an order once placed, you are welcome to return the item to us following our Returns Policy.

HypedHype offers several payment options for your convenience. We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express cards. We also process our payments through PayPal.

We consider your payment information’s security to be of the utmost importance; that is why we use state-of-the-art encryption in all the transfers on our website provided by STRIPE.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY PACKAGE?

 In your shipping confirmation email, you’ll receive a link to the tracking history. From there, you can monitor your package’s progress until it’s delivered to your door. Depending on the shipping method selected, you can visit USPS.com or FedEx.com to enter the tracking number emailed to you.

MY ORDER WAS CONFIRMED, BUT I JUST RECEIVED AN EMAIL STATING THAT I RECEIVED A REFUND. WHAT DOES IT MEANS?

 The item(s) you ordered got so popular that between the time you placed the order and when we processed it, the item sold out. It does not happen often, but the good news is that if it happens, we will refund you immediately for the item’s cost. (Minus any promotion codes used on order)  

I PLACED AN ORDER BUT NEVER RECEIVED ANY CONFIRMATION EMAIL?

 If you do not receive an email from HypedHype within a few hours of placing your order, please check your Spam folder. Alternatively, the email address on file might be misspelled. If you still need assistance, please contact our Customer Care team by clicking HERE.

WHY WAS MY ORDER CANCELLED?

 There may be various reasons why your order may have been canceled:

If you ordered a single item and we are unable to fulfill the order due to either (1) being out of stock or (2) an unexpected delay in our ability to replenish the item promptly, your order will be canceled, and your original form of payment will be credited with the full amount of your order (less any discounts used when placing the order). 

  • In some cases, we are unable to verify the billing information that was entered on the order. If the billing address does not match what the credit card issuer or bank has on file, the order may be canceled automatically. If your order has been canceled for this reason, please contact your credit card issuer or bank to verify that the billing information is correct. Once updated, please create a new order using the valid billing address.
  • When we cannot process an order, we will automatically cancel and refund your item(s). You will get an email confirmation notifying you of this change. Please allow 8-10 business days for the amount to post to your account, although the average time frame for refunds to post is 3-5 business days.
